COVID-19 UPDATE 6/1/2020

Throughout this crisis, Orwak has continued to serve it's customers from afar, but we are happy to announce that we are back in the office.  We have taken the necessary precautions to ensure that our building is clean for our employees and customers.  We are seeing no shipping delays from our suppliers.  As always, we hope you stay safe and healthy and please let us know how Orwak can assist!

As the world continues to deal with the new normal, we want to ensure that all of our customers are aware that Orwak is open for business and here to help.

For our essential business customers , we are seeing no delay from any of our supply chains (Machines , Parts , Supplies) and are providing services on a daily basis. For our customers that will be coming back online in the near future , we are working hard to be positioned to meet your needs at that time whenever they may be.

For over 50 years, Orwak has been in the business of helping organizations implement more efficient and hygienic waste management solutions.  These solutions are beneficial to the environment,  while at the same time improving the health and safety of employees and customers. As a small business ourselves, we share the same concerns about the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the impact it will have on our day-to-day operations.  We are monitoring the situation and following all expert recommendations when it comes to how we conduct our business. 

As we face these troubling times, we want to support your business even more than ever.  Beyond just offering hands-free operating machines, we are taking active measures to ensure the safety and health of our customers, drivers, and distributors. We are working with our distributors to ensure that proper safe-handling is maintained. 

Currently, we foresee no delay in our shipments of machines, parts, and supplies and if you have a current machine need, please contact us and we will be happy to video chat with you.
